Fanstrader is an entertainment and investment platform based on the stock market, where sports fans (“User”) can interact by buying and selling virtual shares of their favorite athletes and teams. Users may trade virtual shares at market prices at any given time, using their sports knowledge to maximize profits from their transactions.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fanstrader website located at fanstrader.com (including successor URLs) and/or any mobile application(s) operated by Fanstrader and its affiliates.
In addition, the Privacy Policy governs how we process any data collected through your use of the website, application, and services.
Depending on how you use the website, additional terms may apply.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable Additional Terms, constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fanstrader.
1. Fanstrader Website and Application
1.1 The website, application, and services are owned and operated by Covetode, a Spanish company with registered office at Avenida Brasil 30, Staircase 2 – 1st Floor, Madrid 28020.

2. Account
2.1 Account Creation

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and agree to these Terms.

You will be asked to choose a username associated with your account activity.
2.3 Account Security

3. Services

6. Fanstrader Content
All platform content (design, logos, software, data, etc.) is the exclusive property of Covetode. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Buying or selling virtual shares does not grant ownership rights over any underlying assets or intellectual property.
7. Service Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services for valid reasons (technical, legal, security, or business). Significant changes will be notified in advance.
8. Prohibited Use

Manipulate market prices

9. Suspicious Activity

MARKET TERMS
1. Buying and Selling
Users can buy and sell virtual shares at market prices.
1.2 Market Fees
Transactions may be free until a specified date. After that, fees may apply.
1.3 Pricing
Prices depend on rankings and expected final positions.
1.4 Transaction Time
Users have 25 seconds to confirm trades.
1.5 Championship End
Shares are converted to their final value based on rankings.
1.6 Withdrawals
Balances may be converted into FSM tokens and withdrawn to wallets or bank accounts.
1.7 Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals are processed through available platform methods.
2. Tax Obligations
You are responsible for declaring any income and complying with applicable tax laws.
GAME TERMS
1. What is Fanstrader?
A platform where users play and invest by trading virtual shares of teams or athletes.
2. How to Play
You can start with as little as €10.
A €10 minimum investment allows unlimited trading without fees until a specified date, while retaining your balance.
Users can deposit funds at any time.
Trading is done at real-time market prices.
At the end of each championship, shares are valued according to final rankings.
2.1 Final Value of Virtual Shares
Each position has a predefined value set at the start of the championship.
2.2 Completion
Each market ends when the main championship concludes (excluding playoffs).
After completion:
Trading stops
Shares receive their final value
If a championship is suspended, rankings at suspension determine final values.
User Data Responsibility
Users confirm that all provided personal data (full name, ID number, address, IBAN) is accurate.
Covetode S.L. cannot verify this information, and responsibility lies entirely with the user.
